Grocholl is a specialist for uncooled storable peeled potatoes. The quality saving sterilization system sets aside additives so the natural taste of the potato can be kept - combined with the advantage of a long shelf life without cooling.
Additionally ready prepared dishes like goulash or hen fricassee, but also ready cooked gratins for canteens are produced. The advantage of a long shelf life without cooling is a good argument here, too.
The own truck fleet as well as the cooperation with premium shippers allow the supply of our customers throughout Europe at least weekly.
