Breton country stir-fry

Serves 10:

  • 3 kg Grocholl Top Quality Potatoes 20-30 mm
  • 10 sausages (or 20 chipolatas)
  • 350 g bacon lardons
  • 250 g onions
  • 500 ml dry Breton cider (or apple juice)
  • coarse sea salt
  • mixed peppercorns


Brown the sausages in a very large pan as usual.
Add the potatoes and fry, season with coarse salt and freshly ground mixed pepper.

When the potatoes are brown, add the onions and bacon.
Fry until everything is well cooked. Add the cider (or apple juice).

The dish is ready when all liquid has evaporated.
