Potato fritters with leeks

Serves 8 – 10:

  • 750 g Grocholl Potato cubes small
  • 1 to 2 leeks, cut into fine strips
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying


Prepare a pancake batter from eggs, milk and flour, season with salt and pepper. Mix the leeks into the batter.

Heat the potato cubes in a pan with a little oil and season with salt. After a few minutes season again with salt and pepper.
Fold the cooled potatoes into the pancake batter.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry fritters in the desired size from both sides until they are golden brown.

Serve with smoked salmon and a green salad.
