Green potato fritters

Serves 8 – 10:

  • 320 g green pea flour
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 medium onions
  • 800 g Grocholl Potato cubes mini
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil for frying

Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes


Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and quickly stir in the pea flour. Leave the mixture to soak for a little. Place the Potato cubes mini in a colander and rinse, then heat in a small saucepan.

Now place both mixtures in a saucepan and mix evenly with the diced onions and the eggs, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Use a spoon or ladle to drop portions of the mixture into a frying pan with rapeseed oil and fry golden brown in rapeseed oil.
