Potatoes au Gratin
in cream sauce
Our Potatoes au Gratin are made of the best raw materials: potatoes from quality controlled soils, grown in Germany. Our imaginative sauces are added to the Gratins and cooked to perfection to preserve the full texture of the meal. In this way, most of the vitamins and minerals remain in the product, whilst maintaining the ﬂavour and aroma.
Ingredients: Potatoes (63%), water, cream powder (5,7%), onions, whole-milk powder, rice-milling product, common salt, animal fat, vegetable fat preparation (rapeseed oil, water, palm fat, salt, emulsifier (lecithin, mono– and diglycerides of food fatty acids), acidulant citric acid, aroma, colorant beta-carotene), modified starch (waxy maize starch), egg white protein, spices, spice extract, acidulant citric acid, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite).
May contain remains of grain containing gluten and products of mustard and celery.
Preparation: Remove and heat the content in an oven proof dish for 6-8 minutes at 180°C/360°F (cheese may be added).
