Potatoes au Gratin
in cream sauce
Our Potatoes au Gratin are made of the best raw materials: potatoes from quality controlled soils, grown in Germany. Our imaginative sauces are added to the Gratins and cooked to perfection to preserve the full texture of the meal. In this way, most of the vitamins and minerals remain in the product, whilst maintaining the ﬂavour and aroma.
Ingredients: Potatoes (63%), water, cream powder (5,7%), onions, whole-milk powder, rice-milling product, common salt, animal fat, vegetable fat preparation (rapeseed oil, water, vegetable oils wholly hardened (palm oil, sunflower oil), salt, emulsifier (lecithins, mono- and diglycerides of food fatty acids), acidulant citric acid, aroma, colorant betacarotene), modified starch (waxy maize starch), egg white protein, spice extracts, spice, acidulant citric acid, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite). May contain remains of grain containing gluten and products of mustard and celery.
Preparation: Empty Content into a fireproof form. Bake it in a preheated oven (180°C convection) about 8-10 minutes until golden brown or heat it in the microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 watts. You can also sprinkle gratin with cheese or put on some butter flakes.
